What does 'undiet' mean?

'Undiet' makes reference to the deep-seated culture of dieting which exists within today's society; a trend that after many years has not only left us physically drained, but emotionally depleted. Undieting seeks to cut through all of the 'food noise' and misinformation around health and nutrition; instead teaching you how to navigate modern circumstances in order to support an optimal, balanced and more satisfying way of living.

What can I expect from an 'undiet' class?

Our classes are designed to be fun, informative and interactive. Every week you will learn new tips and tricks to bring your body back into balance for the week ahead. You will also learn:

  • The cornerstones of eating for optimal health and longevity.

  • The origins of emotional eating and how to overcome it.

  • How to switch-on your fat-burning systems using the right foods.

  • How to deeply enjoy food without an unhealthy attachment.

With so many hours spent behind a computer screen and limitations on our time and energy, we have structured the 'undiet' groups as an opportunity to not only learn and improve yourself, but also to let loose, laugh and have fun in a safe and friendly environment. When do the classes take place?

We meet every Wednesday at the Surbiton YMCA: 49 Victoria Rd, Surbiton KT6 4NG (just a 2 minute walk from Surbiton station).


How much does it cost?

Each class costs £10 per person.
